Serenza is formed from a single marble plate with an irregular organic edge, held in a slim brass frame. The plate stands upright on a small brass base, and the outline of the stone is left true to its natural shape rather than cut square.

The light comes from behind the plate, so the veining reads like a landscape when it is lit. At 25 x 45 cm it stands as a decorative object on a console, bedside table or desk even when switched off.
