Valesse Marble Pendant Black 35 x 45 cm

Valesse is a lantern-shaped pendant built from vertical marble panels set in a ring. The panels overlap one another and end at staggered heights, so the top reads as a stepped outline; flat black metal frames on the outside and a star-shaped fitting below hold them in place. Light passing through the panels softens, picks out the fine veining in the stone and comes out warm.

The 35 x 45 cm body hangs from a black link chain and is finished with a ceiling rose in the same black. The base is left open, so light also falls straight down; it works above a dining table, in an entrance hall or in a stairwell, on its own or in a row.
